Important note: Please avoid sharing details of diagnoses, findings, or other health data via the online form, as transmission via a web form – even with TLS encryption – carries a higher risk than an in-person or telephone conversation. For scheduling an appointment, it is generally sufficient to indicate that physiotherapy treatment is desired.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your request, at the latest once the communication has concluded, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
To protect our online appointment form against abusive automated use (spam, bots), we use the Google reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
When the page containing the appointment form is loaded and when the form is submitted, a connection is established to Google's servers. This transmits, among other things, your IP address, information about your browser and device, and your usage behavior on the page to Google; reCAPTCHA sets cookies on your device for this purpose.
